Includes 3.17 qt glass jar with silicone lid, airlock and bung set, 2 ceramic pebbles and lid. Also includes a fermentation packer made of FSC-certified beech wood. Its textured mashing head is designed to break down ingredients, eliminate air bubbles and release tangy flavors.
