The Smart Guard Sleeved Tubing consists of rubber dipped tubing encased in a nylon sheath which enhances safety and comfort during resistance training. The sheath protects tubing from drying out which occurs when it is subjected to UV light. They are 4ft in length and have plastic handles with reinforced webbing straps.
