If you received a printed card simply scan your QR code found on the inside of the card, this will take you directly to our website where you can then enter your redemption code and PIN to view the gifts available in your gift level.  
                                           OR
Simply follow the written instructions contained in the gift card or email received from your donor.  Enter the redemption code and PIN on our website to see the most current merchandise in your gift level.

Once you have decided on your gift reward, enter your name and the address to which you would like your gift sent.  Please provide an accurate email address so tracking information can be sent to you once your gift is shipped. Due to security reasons, all redemptions must be entered online, no redemptions can be taken over the phone by our customer service team members.

Choose-Your-Gift.com will process credit requests for returned and unredeemed Choose-Your-Gift certificates. The credit will be issued on the purchaser's account and may be used for future purchases. With the credit, new Choose-Your-Gift and/or eCYG certificates may be ordered in any quantity and any price level offered. No, a street address is required to ship your selected gift.  Standard P.O. boxes can only receive mail that’s delivered through the United States Postal Service. Private shipping companies or carriers such as FedEx, DHL or UPS are not able to deliver or place packages in a PO Box.

If you are redeeming your gift using your cell phone and your phone does not offer you the feature to enter a hyphen in your phone number, you will need to use either a tablet, laptop  or desktop computer to request your gift.
