How to Redeem Choose-Your-Gift® Merchandise
Redeeming merchandise from Bennett Brothers online is
easy and safe. Click on the "Redeem" button located in the navigation
bar at the top of the page. You will need your certificate/serial and pin
number to redeem your gift.
What is an ECYG?
ECYG stands for electronic Choose-Your-Gift®.
When you send an ECYG, you will be asked for your name, email address and
the text that you want to send to the recipients. After this data has been
entered, you will be directed to enter the names and email addresses of
the recipients. The recipients you specify will receive an email containing
all the information they need to redeem their gift online. If you desire,
you can have all the electronic certificates sent to you.
Phone, fax and online orders may be paid by credit card.
Mail orders may be paid by credit card or check.
Companies that have established credit with Bennett Brothers
may order on open account (net 10 days from date of invoice). To establish
credit, include the name and address of a bank reference with your order.

Track Your Order
To track an order, click on the "My Account" button
on the toolbar at the top of the page, then complete the Logon information.
Once you have logged on, your last three orders will be displayed at the
bottom of the page. Click on the order you wish to track. If the order
has been shipped, a tracking number will be displayed.
If you are tracking a Choose-Your-Gift® redemption,
click on the "Redeem" button and enter your serial number and
Pin number. You will then be shown the state your order is currently in.
Should your gift arrive damaged, or should a replacement or exchange be necessary, please call us at
1-800-631-3838. We will provide a Return Authorization Number and request that you write the number we give you on your
packing slip. Return instructions will vary depending on the carrier or circumstances involved. It is important that the RA Number appear
on the label as your return will have a "history" facilitating replacement.
Every precaution is taken to avoid errors in product
illustration, description and pricing. Should an error be found, we reserve
the right to correct it.
Every effort will be made to ship the requested merchandise
in a timely and safe manner so that it arrives in good condition and without
damage. Occasionally, products become unavailable due to vendor manufacturing
changes. We reserve the right to remove the products from our programs
that are no longer available or substitute equal or better value merchandise
for customer approval.
If you place an order, you must establish an online account
with Bennett Brothers. This is a quick and easy process. You do not have
to create an online account if you are redeeming a Choose-Your-Gift® certificate.
